Kare Home Cleaning Services offers Package Cleaning that includes a detailed and thorough cleaning to meet your requirements. Once you book our services from your account, our team will get in touch with you to confirm your cleaning requirements. The purpose of the confirmation call is to ensure that you have booked the right cleaning service for your home with the right add-ons.
We always compensate for the time our cleaners invest into cleaning homes. With more than a house to complete in a day, we ensure a reliable schedule for our team of cleaners. Therefore, we do not provide open-ended appointments.
Our time schedules are based on the assumptions of the work required. For Classic First Time Cleaning services, we assume average workload, while for Premium First Time cleaning, we assume a comparatively heavier workload.
Our team in company attire introduces themselves to the clients followed by a request for a walkthrough to assess whether the home requires the cleaning clients have booked for. If they feel that a specific area needs more work, they will simply ask you to either add extra services, skip the area, or pay less attention to it. We do not charge for extra work or give additional time without your permission.

HOURLY CLEANING
There are times when our cleaning packages do not meet customer’s specific requirements. It usually happens when clients with homes larger than 3,000 sq. ft. or clients who require post-construction cleaning approach us. In such a case, you can always contact us for our hourly cleaning option.

Once we get the details of your situation, we can do one of two things:
- If you’re on a time crunch or can’t set up a complimentary walkthrough, we can provide a time range estimate for how long we think it will take a team to clean and will schedule you for the maximum estimated time. Once we arrive, we’ll do a walkthrough of the home to confirm or adjust our estimate. We don’t make price or scope changes unless you agree with them.
- We can set up a complimentary 15-minute walkthrough to inspect the home and discuss your needs. Kare Cleaning can follow up with an exact quote to fit your needs and budget before setting up the cleaning date.
Our pricing starts at $80 for the first man-hour, then $49 for every additional man-hour. We charge in 30-minute increments.
