Payment is due on the day your cleaning service is completed.

Invoices will be sent directly to your email, and you can conveniently pay online or in person at the time of service.

We understand that sometimes emergencies happen, but:
If our cleaning team arrives and is unable to access your home (e.g., no one is present or access is not arranged), the full service fee may be charged.
Please make sure someone is available to grant access or provide special instructions ahead of time.
