Kare Cleaning LLC – Terms and Conditions

 

Cancellation Policy: Customers are required to cancel scheduled cleaning services a minimum of 48 hours in advance to avoid incurring a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may result in a cancellation fee.

 

Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee of $50 will be charged for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service.

 

Rescheduling: Customers may reschedule cleaning services without facing a cancellation fee if the request is submitted at least 48 hours before the original appointment.

 

Payment Terms: Payment for cleaning services is due on the day of service completion. We accept payments through debit cards, Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. Invoices will be sent via email, and payments can be made online or in-person.

 

Late Payments: A late fee of $50 may be applied to payments not received within [Specify Number of Days] days after the service completion date.

 

Refunds: Refunds may be issued in cases where the customer is dissatisfied with the service quality. Customers must notify Kare Cleaning LLC within 1 Day of the service completion date to request a refund.

 

 

No-Show Policy: If the customer is not present or unable to provide access to the premises at the scheduled service time, the full service fee may be charged.

 

By availing our cleaning services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Kare Cleaning LLC reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and understand the terms and conditions before scheduling services
