Cancellation Policy:

Life happens — we get it! If you need to cancel your scheduled cleaning service, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in a $50 cancellation fee.

  • This policy helps us respect the time and availability of our team members, who have reserved your time slot just for you.

Cancellation Fee:

A $50 cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled service time. This fee covers administrative costs and lost scheduling opportunities.



 

Rescheduling Policy:

Need to adjust your appointment? No problem!

  • You may reschedule your cleaning service without any penalty as long as you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

  • To reschedule, simply call, text, or email us — we’ll be happy to find a new time that works for you!



 

Payment Terms:

  • Payment is due on the day your cleaning service is completed.

  • We accept major payment methods including debit cards, Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.

  • Invoices will be sent directly to your email, and you can conveniently pay online or in person at the time of service.

  • Please ensure your payment information is up-to-date to avoid any delays.

Late Payment Policy:

  • If payment is not received within [Specify Number of Days] days after the service date, a $50 late fee may be added to your invoice.

  • Consistent late payments may affect your ability to book future services.



 

Refund Policy:

Your satisfaction is our top priority!

  • If you are not satisfied with the quality of our cleaning service, please contact Kare Cleaning LLC within 1 day (24 hours) of service completion.

  • We will review your concern promptly. If the issue is found to be service-related, we may offer a partial or full refund, or schedule a complimentary re-cleaning — whichever best addresses your concern.




No-Show Policy:

We understand that sometimes emergencies happen, but:

  • If our cleaning team arrives and is unable to access your home (e.g., no one is present or access is not arranged), the full service fee may be charged.

  • Please make sure someone is available to grant access or provide special instructions ahead of time.



 


Agreement to Terms:
By scheduling a service with Kare Cleaning LLC, you agree to abide by these policies.

  • Kare Cleaning LLC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to review and understand the latest policies before scheduling or rescheduling services.
