Kare Cleaning LLC – Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

Kare Cleaning LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides residential and commercial cleaning services. By booking with us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Booking & Scheduling
  • All bookings must be made through our platform, phone, or approved channels.
  • Appointment windows may vary based on availability and workload.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, staffing, emergencies).
3. Pricing & Payments
  • Prices are based on the size, condition, and type of service requested.
  • Final pricing may be adjusted if the condition of the property differs from what was described.
  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept approved payment methods listed on our platform.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Same-day service changes are not guaranteed.
5. Access to Property
  • Clients must provide safe and timely access to the property.
  • If we cannot access the property, a fee may be charged.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
  • If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours.
  • We will return to address missed areas at no additional cost.
  • Refunds are issued at our discretion.
7. Limitations of Liability
  • We are not responsible for:
    • Pre-existing damage
    • Improperly secured items
    • Normal wear and tear
  • Clients must notify us of fragile or valuable items prior to service.
8. Safety Conditions
  • We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe.
  • This includes hazardous environments, aggressive pets, or harmful substances.
9. Pets
  • Pets must be secured or controlled during service for safety.
10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.

A $50 cancellation fee applies for cancellations made within 48 hours of your service time. This fee covers administrative costs and lost scheduling opportunities. 

You can reschedule your cleaning service if you notify us 48 hours in advance. Just call, text, or email us to the date and time you want reschedule. So, we can update your booking slot 

Payment is due upon completion. We accept Debit cards, Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. Invoices will be emailed, and you can pay online or in person. Keep your payment info updated.

If payment is not received within 24 hours after the service date, a $50 late fee may apply. Late payments could impact future bookings. We appreciate your cooperation.

If you are not satisfied with our cleaning service, please contact Kare Cleaning LLC within 12 hours of service completion. We will review your concern and may offer a refund or re-cleaning.

If our cleaning team cannot access your home, a full-service fee may apply. Please ensure we have access or provide clear instructions for entry. We appreciate your cooperation.
