What is included in a cleaning?

Our Classic Cleaning includes different methods – One-Time, Move-In/Move-Out, and Recurring cleaning services. That takes into account everything that involves cleaning a home or apartment. Services we provide under Classic Cleaning – Cleaning or vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, and a lot more. Premium Cleaning Service is meant for heavy-duty cleaning jobs which may require plenty of work and time. We offered this package in One Time Cleaning, First Time Cleaning  or Move In or Move Out cleaning. This Package is great for home that needs to get  up to speed on its cleaning needs. How much will it cost?

Kare Cleaning provides flexible and customized pricing that depends upon various factors including but not just limited to home size. We also look for the scope of work, and service interval to determine the fairest & accurate price.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Definitely! For your ease, we bring our cleaning supplies. Our cleaning technicians are always equipped with vacuum cleaners, but we’ll never hesitate to use yours if that is your preference – just let us know!

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Definitely! Just respond to the confirmation email or log into your account and let us know what special services are required.

How do I change my address?

You can give us a call and we’ll update the address for you. Also, you can log on to your account and do it by yourself.

How do I change my credit card?

To change your credit card, log on to your account and update the card on file. Your new card will automatically be your default card.

How do I book my first appointment?

Booking our services is quite easy, just fill our booking form and schedule the appointment online. Also, you can call us at 1 559-321-0906 for booking.

How do I use my Kare Cleaning Gift Card?

A coupon code can directly be applied while filling our booking form. If you face any issues, just hit us a call and we’ll happily assist you.

How can I view my Kare Cleaning gift Card?

Log onto your account, where you’ll have access to all the available credits or outstanding gift cards.

Why are vouchers for first time customer only?

I bought a voucher and kare cleaning does not cover my area, what should I do?

Just hit us a call, and we’ll together work out the situation!

Why do you need my credit card information to redeem a voucher?

In some instances, services rendered exceed the gift card amount. All chargers above the gift card will be approved in writing via email by the customer in advance.

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

You can apply a coupon code only for a future appointment by logging onto your account. Select “redeem voucher” and enter the coupon code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You cannot apply your coupon to past appointments that are already completed. All the available gift cards can be viewed by logging onto your account.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you wish to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, at least 48 business hours’ notice (excluding weekends) is required. If a cleaning appointment is canceled less than 48 hours in advance, or if the cleaner is unable to enter the house, a cancellation fee of 50% of that cleaning’s cost will be charged. If an hourly cleaning is canceled less than 48 hours in advance, a cancellation fee of $50 or 50% of the starting price will be charged, whichever is higher. We must adhere strictly to this policy to prevent lost wages for your cleaner. We appreciate your understanding.

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Definitely! You should. All our employees are interviewed in person and must pass a nationwide detailed background check. It’s quite easy to get to work for us, only about 10% of who apply to get to work as our cleaning professional.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

Don’t worry! Nothing will go wrong from our side. If something does, like we’re late due to traffic or our cleaning expert got a problem, then we’ll work out the situation for you.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

We believe in securing our environment, which is why our platform has three levels of security.

Our booking page is secured by SSL and booking forms are also 256-bit secured, which eliminates the further risk of information leak. Also, all the transactions are processed by Stripe, which itself is the most secure payment platform.

In addition, we don’t store any credit card information on our platform. When it comes to payment security, you can count on us!

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes, they do. We care for our customers, which is why all candidates must go through a detailed nationwide background check as the last step of our pre-screening process.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

If our customers aren’t satisfied with our cleaning, we won’t hesitate to re-clean (within 48 hours) for free. If still, you think the work isn’t up to the mark, then we’ll simply refund all your money.

What is your refund policy?

If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know. We’ll send a team out to make it right (within a 7-day window). If after our re-clean is completed and you’re still not content with the service, we offer a full refund.
